This policy describes what data we collect when you use Himigo Leagues, what we use it for, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
Your name, your email and your mobile number, which we verify by SMS and which is required to finish registering. For the player profile we also ask for your date of birth, gender, nationality, shirt size and your playing details (position, foot and skill). We also store your team, your tournament registrations and the messages you send in the chat.
Your emergency contact
You can leave the name and phone number of someone to call if something happens to you on the pitch. It is optional, it is someone else's data, and we use it for nothing else. Make sure that person knows you named them; if you want it removed, write to us.
How we sign you in
You sign in with the same account you use in Himigo. Authentication is handled by our identity provider; we do not store your password.
What we use your data for
To run the tournaments: building teams, publishing schedules and tables, checking that whoever plays is registered, and contacting you with information about your season.
What other participants see
People registered in the same tournament can see your name, player photo, team, nationality, age, position and preferred foot (right, left or both). We do not show your exact birth date, email, phone number or emergency contact to other players.
Who we share it with
With the providers needed to run the service: the payment processor, the service that sends the verification SMS, and the infrastructure the platform is hosted on. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to us from the contact page. We keep the information while your account is active and for as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.
