This policy explains when you can request a refund for a Himigo Leagues tournament registration and how we handle that request.
Before you pay
Signing up reserves your spot and does not charge you straight away. While no payment has gone through you can delete your own registration from Settings, at no cost.
After paying and before the first match
If you have paid and need to withdraw before the opening round, you can request a refund by writing to us. We may deduct costs already committed for your spot, such as field or refereeing fees.
Once the season has started
Registrations are non-refundable after the first match, because the season's costs are already committed. If an injury or an event beyond your control stops you continuing, write to us and we will look at your case.
If we cancel
If we cancel a tournament or do not reach the minimum number of teams, we return everything you paid.
What happens to credits
If your registration is refunded, any podium credit it earned stops being available. A credit already applied to another registration reduces the amount returned, because you never paid it.
How to request it
Send your request from the contact page, giving the tournament and the email you registered with. We reply within the following business days and, where it applies, the refund goes back to the same payment method.
